Sinan Yolsal was born on September 16, 1961 in Erzurum. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Ankara. Graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Medicine in 1984. In the same year, he started to work in Erzincan Refahiye due to compulsory service.
In 1992, he completed his PhD in Public Health at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Public Health. Until 2017, when he retired, he worked in almost every field of the health sector in Istanbul. SINAN YOLSAL MD. who has 2 children, still work at Vatanmed Clinic.
